The faculty at ESM Bourgogne-Franche-Comté is made up of professors chosen for their artistic and educational abilities. They've taught at the regional conservatories of Dijon and Grand Chalon as well as other conservatories outside of these regions. Within the ESM-University of Burgundy partnership, courses on music culture are taught by the professors of the musicology department of the University of Burgundy. Professors and advisers for student teaching internships mainly come from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
